About Me

My name is Susan Li and I am a holistic Life Coach, specializing in Codependency and healing ancestral trauma.

Fun Fact: I was made in China & assembled in Canada!

My family immigrated to Canada to escape the one child law when they were pregnant with me. Growing up in 2 very different cultures as a second generation Canadian was challenging. Add to that, I was also a daredevil tomboy with an active imagination, a prime target for bullies, both at school and at home.

Eventually I got tired and tried to ‘fit’ in, but of course that never works. I lost touch with my authentic self and started down the path of anxiety and depression.

I kept trying to escape by moving away from home. I realized now I was avoiding my problems and I had become extremely codependent. Passed down from my family’s matriarchy and generations of ancestral trauma.

This clarity changed my life.
